C. Safeguarding God's Children Workshop Leader Certification

Starts 3:00 pm on Thursday, May 1st, and ends earlier than other Long Hikes. Anyone wishing to attend the Safeguarding God’s Children Long Hike will need to get this Authorization form filled out by their Rector/Vicar/Priest in Charge.  This form is available on the Downloads page of this web site, and it must be completed before the Summit. For those who would like to only go through the Safeguarding God’s Children Workshop to meet your diocesan or parish requirements (and not continue on with the long hike to become a workshop leader/trainer) you may attend from 3-6pm on Thursday, May 1st. Please indicate on your registration form you are doing this.

Stay Tuned - The Church Pension Group MAY be offering a certification course for the new program for Prevention of Adult Sexual Misconduct and Prevention of Sexual Exploitation. (Much of this program may be similar to Safeguarding God's Children, as it will be produced by the same company.)
