The Reverend Brooks Keith
has worked as a professional youth minister in congregations and at the diocesan level in the Episcopal Church,
and has continued to serve youth and their families in the Diocese of Colorado. As a parish rector he created staff
positions in Children and Youth Ministries and currently oversees two staff members in professional faith formation.

formation amidst a particular structure and context. Whether one is a professional faith formation staff member or a
volunteer, often the confusing and complex waters of congregational and diocesan leadership can really frustrate our efforts
to exercise our ministry. Participants in this workshop will be oriented to today's leadership culture of the Episcopal
Church, learn time-tested strategies to build supportive and warm relationships with clergy and vestry leaders, and receive
coaching in drafting personal ministry plans to navigate their congregations and diocese.
