Neil has been on staff on the
Diocese of Colorado overseeing, developing, and encouraging dynamic, creative, and growing faith formation ministry in the
diocese for the past nine years. For over 25 years he has been active in children’s
and youth ministry through Anglican/Episcopal churches, non-denominational churches, and para-church organizations. He has been a speaker and seminar leader throughout North America on many varied topics such as Hobbits,
Dragons, and the Christian Experience, Dynamic Faith Formation Ministry, and is a certified trainer for Seven Habits of Highly Effective People. Neil was born and raised
in Canada, eh! … and is married
and has four children (ages: 14, 16, 21, and 22) and a cat! He has a passion
for photography, writing, Lego, and anything to do with The Lord of the Rings.

Games
for Youth Ministry
Hey, we are youth ministers …. we love to incorporate
games into our youth programs! These fun and energetic activities are important
opportunities to reaching young people. But, often we struggle to choose games
that really connect with what we are trying to teach. Some just claim that they
are not “games people.” Come and learn how to get past the accusation
from many parents and church leaders that the youth group “Just plays games!” or the complaints from teens who
say “it’s just not fun!”
