Helping Kids in Crisis

Major crises are not a minority problem.  Statistically, every young person will experience a major crisis in their lives once every four years.  This workshop will help prepare youth pastors with a general model for being with young people in crisis and then will specifically discuss five major crises that many young people face in their lives.

Developmental Issues of Adolescence

To effectively minister with young people, youth pastors need to deeply understand the young people God has called them to serve.  This workshop will help lay a foundation of that understanding by discussing five major areas of adolescent development and how youth pastors can utilize this information to better serve the young people God has placed in their care.
