Gaining and Retaining Volunteers in Ministry

Tired of the revolving door of adult leaders in your program?  Weary from begging for Youth Ministers and Sunday School Teachers to step up to the plate? Stuck between a rock and a hard spot with an inappropriate volunteer?  This work shop will give you some solid strategies for discerning, inviting, affirming, thanking, and retiring volunteers.  There will be time for discussion of best practices and opportunities to connect with others who have success stories to share.
